CGIN - abnormal cells high in cervix and colposcopy

I had abnormal smear results so yesterday I went to the colposcopy department at the hospital. They told me I tested positive for HPV and have Cervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasia (CGIN), which is where the abnormal cells are high in the cervix rather than near the entrance. It's rare, only 10% of cases are CGIN. They class it as CIN3 automatically because it's high up and needs to be removed.

I'm going back on Tuesday to have the LLEZ done, looks like they might be doing the cone removal of some of my cervix. They were worried they might not be able to see it all because of how high it is.

I'm trying not to freak out but I'm higher risk as I'm 37, and because of where the abnormal cells are. Has anyone else has this type before? And if so, how was your LLEZ? Did you have to go back and be sedated for them to get rid of all the cells? Did it result in a hysterectomy at all?! Did they find the big C?!
