Is this a perk thing as I’m thirty nine? It’s been since ds was born but that’s two years. Dp isn’t pressuring me but I’d like a normal sex life. We are deliberately avoiding fertile week when I am more erm, lubricated naturally. Sorry for tmi

Have you tried lube?

theotherfossilsister · 17/11/2024 08:11

I am actually not sure which one to try. I’d like something natural

Dr Wolf’s V San is good. Totally natural. Helped with itching and soreness. Can get in on Amazon.

I found I became very allergic to spermicide- if you are using that, or spermicidal condoms. But yes there are lots of excellent lubes out there - my pelvic physio recommends 'Yes'.

I’d recommend washing with dermol 500 and moisturising with diprobase ointment each evening. You can use it inside too.
