Hi
Hoping someone can shed some light/provide guidance.
I went to see an endo about possible hormonal issues due to persistent melasma post pregnancies that has been fairly resistant to treatment.
Blood test came back to high ferritin (over 300) which suggested inflammation and also came back with low testosterone. I'm 33 for reference with regular periods.
I'm concerned about the results as I don't really know what to do with them. He tested me for Addison's disease/pituitary gland issues/possible Addison's and it came back negative.
He didn't have anything else to say to me after this and it seems to be a closed case and he's done with investigating me it seems. I'm not sure what to do now as next steps? I'm really concerned about low energy/motivation levels.
Any guidance out there for me please? I don't want to go to the GP until I know what outcome I'm looking for/advocating for.
Thank you.
