BREAST SCREENING/MAMMOGRAM

Hi, my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. Had tumour removed and chemo/radiotherapy. Has had yearly mammograms since. She had one last week and today received a letter saying she has a telephone call with the breast clinic doctor in 3 weeks.
I'm trying to reassure her that it could be nothing and surely anything more wouldn't be over the phone?
Does anyone have any experience of this or what it could mean?
Thanks x

Hello
I may be wrong but I would think it would mean they were discharging her from yearly mammograms because it's been 5 years since she had cancer.
They usually only offer yearly mammograms for 5 years after you've had breast cancer xxx
