I have had HPV on 3 smears (each a year apart). I had a colposcopy a year ago and it showed CIN 1 so when this years smear still showed HPV I had another colposcopy.
The colposcopy was 2.5 months ago. I got the results 6 weeks ago and the said I had CIN1 and ungraded CIN which would need to be discussed at an MDT meeting and then I'd be informed of the action needed.
I rang 1 week ago and was told there's a backlog and the MDT still haven't 'discussed your case' but they'd let me know once they had.
Anyone been in this situation? What was the outcome?
