When is the first day of my current period ?

I am late 40s and peri-meno. My periods are starting to change as I enter meno. My period was late this month, day 1 and it started very very light with no need to use anything. There then was nothing for 2 days, Then day 4 there was some blood but nothing on the tampon. Now everything is clear again ie no blood.

when do I count the first day ?

is this spotting ?

Who knows... I'm wondering the same here... I'm with the coil...last month came 10 days early..now its 7 days late and just random drop of blood ...is this it..or not...which day am i..or am I still waiting for it to come..lol 😂so wait with me and see if it comes for real or .. 😂
