Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I am 44, have been bleeding almost daily for around 9 months now. I didn’t have a period between March and August, but they have now come back very heavy. I have had various GP appointments and blood tests, which have come back clear. I have an ultrasound scan booked, but have been told this could take up to 10 weeks if the hospital does not treat it as an urgent case. This was nearly 3 weeks ago and I have still not heard anything, so guessing they are not treating it as urgent. I know I could get a private scan sooner, but don’t really want to go down that route unless forced due to the cost.

The last few days I have also been having urinary urgency, pain and slight bleeding when urinating. My stomach is also sore and bloated. I am guessing it is related to the above problem, but cannot be sure. I did have a period of severe urinary urgency some time ago (before the bleeding problem started), but did not have any pain and the problem then disappeared.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be and if I would be better contacting the doctor again or just chasing the hospital directly to try and bring the scan forward?

Thanks for reading.

Maybe fibroid ? If pressing on your bladder and abdo swelling however when I had one my stomach wasn’t actually sore.
