Low Testosterone in women

I have just recently got my blood results back, they're all considered normal, but they're on the low side of normal.
I'm 28 and struggling with low/no libido, tiredness all the time.

Have you asked the doctor about trying testosterone supplementation? You're symptomatic. Don't let them fob you off with being in the normal range. You should be near the midpoint at least if you're having symptoms.

They're putting it down to my antidepressants and want me to come off of them, my low libido/tiredness doesn't coincide with this low, it was way before I was on them, there so unhelpful though I'm struggling with it to be honest!

Low libido is a known side effect of antidepressants, though some of them more than others. Can you try a lower dose or a different antidepressant? You may need to meet them halfway on this before they'll try HRT.
