Not sure why you'd post a pic of your fanjo on a public forum, just go to your gp

loropianalover · 06/11/2024 22:48

Your username fits anyway… Janey mac….

I can’t quite believe you’d post such images. Unreal.

ThianWinter · 07/11/2024 08:20

Are these your own photos? Why are you posting these images? Seek medical advice if you’re concerned.

Stripperyone · 07/11/2024 09:12

It looks normal to me (lesbian, ex stripper I've seen a LOT of vulvas!
I'm not with the pearl clutchers, it's a part of your body. The world would be a better place if we discussed these things more often and more openly.

Vulvas change with age, hormones, trauma (birth and other things). If it is new and you're worried, yes go to the GP. My friend had similar and had surgery (a few years ago mind!) As it was making her miserable and affecting sex.

Sorry op! I didn't realise I came off as shaming. I just meant some people will be funny about intimate photos especially if not expecting them and was trying to be jokey. But I think you look normal so that's why I asked what bit was making you worried. Is it a new concern?

Thank you, put my mind at ease a little . I know i actually thought i deleted this post last night due to some comments. Thought it would have been a safe space to get some advice if anyone had anything similar ect and to stop me worrying!
I have an appointment next week thank you!!

That ok I was a bit quick also sorry.
Yes I mean I can't say I look all the time but its definitely new I did give birth a little over a year ago but checked it out afterwards and was not like this. Really panicked last night when I seen what it looked like!
I have an appointment next week.

Hi OP, do you have a partner? I'm thinking (and I don't want this to come across crude) that maybe he has looked at it in more detail than you have over recent months and may know when the change was noticeable?
May give you a better idea. I can see the bit you mean (it doesn't look awful it looks fine) but if this is new for you definitely pop along to the GP. Hopefully it's just a natural change.
Sorry some people were offended by the photos - It's just a 'hoo-ha' (not sure if mumsnet is sensitive like FB ect to certain words) & most of us here have one :D .
Good Luck xx

Hi,
Yes I do when I seen it the other night I said to him and he's like 'yea I think I've seen that before' ohhh thanks for informing me 😭 he doesn't think its there all the time although to me it doesn't look like something that can go away im thinking some times its maybe tucked in a little so not to noticeable?
He doesn't know how long its been there exactly but thinks the last few months.
I'm a bit calmer about it now but I was absolutely freaking out last night, I do have an appointment next week so will update then..
Thank you so much :)

@Janeyxo God men are great aren't they! (Face palm) Yeh makes sense that it could tuck into the folds of skin. I'm so sorry I couldn't think of a better medical term!
Can completley understand you freaking out , I would of been too! Probs be sat there with the mirror all night gaslighting myself into thinking it had always been there!
As it's not a lump or anything as such hopefully it's absolutely nothing to worry about!
Will keep my eye out for the update :-) easier said than done but do try not to worry xx

Sk1sk0 · 08/11/2024 12:48

Looks normal :)

Chellybelle · 08/11/2024 22:07

It's not like mine or any I've got up close to.

Better than flaps lol 😂
Had my appointment to get it checked and apparently totally normal although I am thinking of having it removed because it freaks me out to be honest, feel so self conscious about it now I've seen it, my man doesn't care one bit right enough.
Thanks for your support!!
