Suddenly feeling extremely fatigued in my 40s

I'm on HRT, I eat well, exercise and sleep pretty well. I get tired sometimes as everyone does but an active and always on my feet

For the past month though, I've felt a new level of fatigue. Just an underlying feeling of exhaustion all the time

Is this just a perimenopausal symptom? I'm always doing massive sighs

See if they will increase your HRT.

Also iron.

Yoi say you sleep ‘pretty well’ - could you actually just be tired?

I would be trying to get a GP appointment to discuss. Could be any number of underlying causes - or could 'just' be tiredness.
