Hormone levels

Im 40 and this year have suffered with horrific anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I don’t feel myself at all. I get into such a state about little things. I had my hormones checked which were very low, the doctor said it’s low due to my contraceptive pill and no further investigations. My hairs thinned lots and now I’m getting so much blonde hair all over my face. Somethings going on. I just don’t know if it’s stress related or hormone related, I don’t seem to have any help. Has anyone suffered with anything similar?

FSH - 0.3iu
Estriadol - 18pmol
Progesterone - 0.8
testosterone 0.8

Should I be having doctors check this again?

I would have your thyroid levels checked out properly via blood tests. Have a read of thyroid UKs website for more information.

I had my thyroid levels tested and they are ok. I take thyroid medication for my thyroid.

If you’re taking the pill it’s pointless having any hormone levels checked to be honest.
