Are anyone else's periods like this?

I get my period on average every 23-24 days. Bleeding lasts 8-9 days. So I'm on my period for nearly 40% of the time. I hate it. I have the coil and my cycle had stayed exactly the same as prior, just lighter bleeding. Is this a normal cycle?

Mine is really erratic, it can easily vary up to 10 days when I start sometimes last 2 or 3 days and sometimes 10 days or occasional more .
It means I carry around period products permanently.
I don't use any kind of contraception because I have had bad reactions to lots of them in the past ( and I don't need them )

I've always been 24-25 days and then I have 3 heavy days and then a kind of dribbly spotting for about another 6 so very similar. It's a pain in the bum but there's nothing wrong with me, been like this for donkeys years. I just feel like I have a permanent period.
