Started with uti symptoms around 2 weeks ago, left it a few days to see if jt would sort itself but it didn't seem to be so went to the gp and got a course of antibiotics.
Ended up back again yesterday (after id finished the course) as symptoms are worsening rather than improving and am now on a second course. Oddly the dip test that the gp did in the surgery came back positive for infection but the sample he sent to the lab came back completely clear.
My period is now late by 2 days, I have taken a test, although it's unlikely that I would be pregnant, and it's negative. Can antibiotics cause delays or could something else be going on here?
Has anyone else had similar?
