I'm 62. Work full time very busy day job never stop gor a second so I need my sleep.
I don't pass urine all day. I drink loads of water about 4 pints on the go. No time for tea or coffee. I just font feel I need to go.
Come bed time I go to sleep almost immediately and then on the hour every hour I need to get up and pee. I end up getting up the next day exhausted. I just don't get this. Anyone else have this problem?
I'm working from home at the moment waiting for a hip replacement. I can't move much so I'm semi prone but still the same bladder routine.
I just don't get it. GP just said well as long as you are passing urine during 24 hours there is no problem which wasn't helpful. I don't have any incontinence.

Your GP is indeed unhelpful!

So many of women's bladder issues seem to be hormone related. So perhaps some localised oestrogen cream? Or a specialist women's pelvic physiotherapist?
