Hi all

Will just give the situation and any help would be much appreciated

54
Year post menopausal
Have Hashimotos/underactive thyroid
CFS
Fibromyalgia

Every single morning I wake up and feel sick, not much better after eating. Total nausea like Morning Sickness. No chance obvs of being preg (single for years) Not actually been sick.

I feel a fizzing in my chest like when I was a kid and ate sherbet 😂that is as close as I can describe it. Or like when you eat really strong mints and have been running. Sorry if rubbish description.

Tired but am used to that with CFS

It is the sick feeling I am getting so fed up with.

Any advice/help as to what it could be v much appreciated x

I’d recommend trying some omeprazole (you can get it over the counter, but check with the pharmacist it doesn’t impact anything else you are on) and see if that helps.

GERD or gallbladder issues, or both actually
Do you take a pro biotic?

What happens if you take bucculstem (sp), I think its for nausea with migraine but I have taken it in other circumstances too

@soupfiend I have got some Activia on the food order today actually! Not had them for a while, hopefully that'll help.

Buccastem is a good idea too, as I have recently got weird migraine associated with inner ear balance problems.
