Spotting 6 months pp

Hiya
Sorry to sound so gross but I'm just over 6 months pp with my first child. Today I've noticed after going to the toilet that when I wipe there's pink on the paper (sorry to sound so gross)

I'm a panicker so here I am googling and I'm sat self diagnosing myself with all sorts- just wondering if anyone had experienced this?

Is it not just the start of your period?

I had this. In fact I spotted all the way through my pregnancy and all was fine but you should given your midwife a call first thing to discuss it with her. I’m sure you will be fine though

It could be however I'm not sure when I'm due anymore as my periods are irregular..

• I meant to put in that I also have been experiencing pain in the lower abdomen next to my c - section scar however this seems to have died off over the past day or two

So sorry just realised op meant post partum and not pregnant ignore me.

Just to add - I did have a c section and noticed pain next to the scar 2 days ago however it's gone now..
