Breast enlargement - how and when do these need checking?

I had this about 10 years ago and have never had them checked

How often do you have yours checked, and where do you go for this?

I would have thought you’d go back to the surgeon who did the procedure.

I have implants that have ruptured. The consultant told me that the majority of implants that are 12 years or older are likely to have ruptured and need replacement or removal

Mine are a bit lumpy so I’ve been to the breast clinic twice since I’ve had them in 6 years ago

The other issue is that to remove and either replace or just do a breast lift is around £8k-£9k.
