Lower back pain after Ellaone

Long story short-
Took Ellaone 8 hrs after unprotected sex (2days before ovulation)
It is now 10 days after taking Ellaone and for the last 4 days I’ve had on/off lower pelvic cramps and lower back ache which all focuses on the right side.

Could I be pregnant? Worried about ectopic? Or is this just the symptoms of the pill?

Could be ectopic or appendix. Might be worth getting an STI check.

It’s mostly lower back ache on the left side. Definitely not STI, married with husband. I have two little ones already and I am one year post partum, I had implantation cramps with both previous pregnancies but this feels a bit different. Also there’s no sign of ovulation either if the pill did successfully delay it. My period is due in a week.

Is the pain where your kidneys are ? Might be completely unrelated to the Ellaone maybe a kidney infection ? Any shoulder pain ? Maybe get checked for a UTI ?

No it’s much lower down than my kidneys and it’s always mirroring my ovaries. Period like cramp in my pelvis moving into my thighs too. Almost like sciatic?

Hello, did this all work out in the end? I have the same symptoms after taking Ella One 10 days ago.

I’m 4 months pp with the third. Absolutely no regrets! What was meant to be happened and he’s been a joyful addition to our family and other two children. So no, ellaone didn’t work but I’m happy it didn’t as we’ve been blessed with another little one. 🤍

Ovulation must had already happened and he was on his way 🥰 are you in a similar boat?
