I had marsupialisation for recurrent Bartholin cyst about 6 months ago. So far so good.
Everything has healed nicely and the hole draining a bit as expected. Today, after a particularly, ahem, active week in bed I felt that familiar bulge starting to appear. Legs akimbo I inspected the hole and it absolutely poured, I probably got about a tablespoon out in total with a gentle squeeze. Now it’s all gone the area is back to being flat and normal again, phew.
what I’m wondering is, is this just a regular part of the process now. Is there anyone out there that’s further down the line with successful marsupialisation that could advise? Thanks so much
