Switching contraception

Hi ladies 😀 just a question about contraception. I recently had my implant out on 25/09. My GP Prescribed the mini pill to start taking couple days before. Never had the mini pill before. Anyway in implant my period was spot on every 4th Sunday. Technically was due Sunday 6th October. Not came in really assuming the pill had now taken affect and that's why? I am sexually active and did have sex the weekend after the implant came out. Was taking the pill. I have no period symptoms just a bit of back cramp the other day and sensitive breast but putting this down to the change in contraception. Please tell me it's unlikely I'm pregnant lol! I'm 99% sure I'm not and my pills kicked in hence no period. Giving it's been 9 days since I last had sex it would be too early to test. X

You won't get your normal period on the mini pill
You may get some bleeding at some point but it will be pretty irregular and then will probably stop after a while
