out of date adult incontenience pants

They are adult nappies. I bought them over lock down. Are they still useable? If not how can I get rid? Would they just go in the general bin. I don't like the idea of giving them away and letting everyone know I ever needed them.

Do they go out of date?? Unless they’re falling apart then I’d say still usable.
Do you not need them?
How many are there?
Please don’t just throw them out. So wasteful.
