Why am i feeling kicks when i'm not pregnant

I keep getting what feels like a baby kicking in my tummy. It started months ago low down but now I'm feeling it under my ribcage as well. I last took a test months ago which was negative. I have the Mirena so its unlikely i would be pregnant. The last test i took was when i noticed this strange kicking feeling. If i was far enough along to feel kicking if i was pregnant that test would have been positive when i took it.
Has anyone else experienced this? Its on my mind quite a lot since i feel it everyday, multiple times.

I wonder of it could be a digestion issue?
Maybe ask your GP.

I had something similar .... it turned out to be endometriosis. More of a fluttering than a kick, but perhaps worth checking?

I get this and put it down to wind!

It's wind

Have you had a baby before?

i have rhis and it’s because my stomach muscles are weak and slightly parted. It’s your digestive system but you can feel it more than before as stomach not as tight

Have you been pregnant before? Phantom kicks are quite common in women who’ve had babies. I get them all the time. My baby is 15 months old and I’m definitely not pregnant again. My mum still gets them as well and her youngest is 22.

I’ve had 2 babies so I definitely know what a kick feels like and I do occasionally get the feeling now (100% not pregnant). I’m as sure as I can be it’s digestion related.
