10cm fibroids

So I had an ultrasound the other day to investigate symptoms and was found to have a 10cm fibroid inside my uterus. The sonographer said it's dislodged my copper coil and even though the GP originally said the coils wires are still there etc (when she first examined me) the sonographer said it could be causing some of the pain I'm experiencing. It is affecting my day to day life as my incontinence has got worse and I get both cramping and sharp pains. My periods have always and are still quite heavy and I have a constant 'full/pressure' feeling in my pelvic area.

Can anyone advise what treatment I may be offered? I'm 44 so probably perimenopausal and this has definitely got worse over the past few months so think it's growing quite quickly. Any advise from experience?

Mine are closer to 5cm and I was advised to have a hysterectomy. I'm on the continent and there seems to be a huge difference in treatment because in the UK it seems women have to battle to get a hysterectomy whereas I'm trying hard not to get one. I am avoiding any invasive treatment and just monitoring for now. The other treatment my gynaecologist has offered is Ryeqo or Esmea, but this has not seemed necessary yet.
