I know, it's really dumb of me, but I've just realised I have changed my Evorel 50 patch to a Conti patch one week early. I only started taking HRT last Wednesday and should be continuing on the Evorel 50 until next Wednesday, but instead I changed to a Conti patch on Wednesday. What should I do?
