Ive just had bloods taken today following vaginal bleeding on and off (mostly on) for the last 4 months and I've just looked on the NHS app and my b12 has come back as 104 Ng/l. It looks like this is low but how low? Awaiting an ultrasound currently. All other bloods look ok
