norethisterone period not due in 3 days yet bleeding after few hours of taking tablet !

Hi,
I am going on my dream holiday on Wednesday and my period was due there and then. Period is usually heavy for few days and I feel awful so wanted to delay with Norethisterone. I took first tablet last night and woke up this morning and there is bleeding !
I am not sure if I carry on taking them and hopefully that will work, or is this too late now as my period have possibly arrived few days early ? it is Sunday and I cant contact GP, I have not found any info in the medication leaflet. I am so gutted :(

I’ve taken northiserone whilst having a very heavy period already and it did stop the bleeding entirely after 2-3 days, so if it is your period early it may still work.

I used this to stop heavy prolonged bleeding , it did stop a few days in so i would carry on taking it x
