Does anyone know what K5/60-90 means?

I had a telephone call with the GP today to discuss a possible PCOS diagnosis.
I had a look at my notes on the NHS app to see what was said and this is the first thing she wrote. I've not been able to find anything on Google.

Any ideas?

Can you ring and ask the receptionist?
What else was discussed? Did they say they were sending you for more tests? Have you had tests?
