help! 11Lb baby. No WAY I can ask mates about this so here I am!
He’s now16. I have clenched and keep clenching everything but now bits of poo are leaking out, and it’s getting more frequent. What can I do while trying to get on whatever waiting list the gp might suggest? How can I stop myself smelling? I don’t know if I do, but occasionally am conscious of an occasional whiff.
also lady bits sometimes need tucking in a bit 😳 it puts me off sex tbh. What to do?!

Go to gp and get a referral. Putting it off will only make it worse.

Thanks. Am on a waiting list, 9 months!

By far the most useful person to see is a pelvic health physio/ women's health physio. You may be able to self refer. Obviously stay on the urogynae list your GP has put you on, but get to the physio asap in the meantime.
