Lean PCOS - how to get periods back?

I’m 32 and have what I believe is referred to as “Lean PCOS” - normal BMI of 23, no acne or unwanted facial hair, no elevated testosterone etc on blood tests but I do not ovulate atall and some ultrasound scans my ovaries have been noted to be “polycystic in nature”.

For context, in terms off TTC I am blessed to have had a successful IVF round that was needed primarily due to male factor issues. We now do not want to actively pursue more fertility treatment for a sibling (atleast for now) - but if I can get a natural cycle back and a miracle happened then that would be wonderful. So I want to do everything I can to at least get a period cycle back.

I have taken myo inositol for 4 months now but not ovulated. I keep seeing Berbarine mentioned - is this worth me trying? In the past I’ve tried metformin but even after a month it was still making me have awful stomach and was actually vomiting - the side effects were awful and ruining day to day life so I do not want to take that again.

A lot I see is regarding exercise and weight loss but I do believe I have a healthy balance here and always have been so I don’t think this is what is stopping me ovulating.

Any advice re what supplements to try I’d be most grateful. Thanks!
