Aching vagina

Hi

My vagina has been aching for a good few days, got some back pain and some pelvic pain also.

Recently had a uti and had antibiotics, weeing more than usual but not horrific. The thing that's annoying me most is this constant vagina pain?

Anyone had this?

Another thing to note my wee is slightly cloudy and smelt abit sweet. Not sure if there's some sort of infection still or what but I can't figure out what it is 🙈

You need your wee dipping again, and testing for diabetes.

Thanks for replying, I've recently been tested had full blood work done as previously has issues this was only in July 🙈 I think you are right though I need my wee dipped again also not sure if it's some type of vaginal infection caused by antibiotics.
