I've recently switched from the contraceptive pill to the mini pill due to the contraceptive pill giving me really high blood pressure. Since i started taking the mini pill I have been excessively sweaty, despite showering daily, especially on my forehead and arms. I've also noticed excessive amounts of hair shedding when I brush my hair and wash it, more so than usual. Are these normal side effects? I'm desperately hoping it settles down as I'm keen to avoid changing contraceptive again!
