Hi everyone
I'm 31, and sterilised (tubes removed). Since being sterilised 3 years ago, my body has been all over the place.
-night sweats to the point it's like I've stepped out of the shower.
-mood swings.
-extreme ovulation pain on the most 'fertile' day
-discharge.
-back pain
-fatigue
-waking several times during the night and not being able to get back to sleep
More recently I feel like my body is changing? Itchy, spots where I've never had spots before, itching down below (not in a thrush way, It's not thrush)
I've spoken to GP before who have offered the contraceptive pill to control hormones, but it's not really 'fixing' the problem, it's masking it.
Has anyone experienced anything like this and been able to take any natural remedies.
