How much variation in monthly cycle is normal?

As per title really.
My monthly cycle can be anything from 27 days long to 31 days long, and my periods anything from 3 to 7 days long.
I’m just wondering if this variance is normal?

Mine have always fluctuated between 28-32 day cycles and whenever I've been to the dr over the years when it's been something where they might ask about whether periods are regular, I always say between 28-32 days and they're always happy with that.

But it might be different if you always had 28 day cycles and now they're a bit more varied maybe?

Thanks, I’m 35 and have the copper coil fitted since Jan.
I was on the pill for years and like clockwork, off the pill no contraception for about a year before the coil was fitted. I haven’t looked at that time period but I seem to recall being much more regular than I am now.
I also get exhausted 7-9 days after my period ends, have 2 days where even getting out of bed feels hard, then I’m fine again. My actual periods are absolutely fine.
