Moles/spots on face

So basically I’ve got three spots on my face that I’ve had for at least 10 years now and I’ve never thought anything of them, however I’ve seen several tik toks on people with similar spots that have turned out to be skin cancer and it’s freaked me out a bit. Does everyone get spots checked? I hate to waste doctors time with something so small but at the same time it’s worring me a bit now

Yes, ask for an appointment. I’m a GP receptionist and we’d normally book you in with the advanced nurse.
Or you could message via their website and ask them to send you a link to attach photos too. They would probably still want to see you in person though.
Better to be safe than sorry.

If you have had them that long they will probably be harmless but get them checked anyway if you are worried, I'm currently waiting on a biopsy to see if I have skin cancer and the GP said always get it checked if you are worried
