Vaginal wetness

Not sure where else to turn.
3 years ago suddenly I noticed my vagina became looser somehow. Same partner of 20 yrs. I'm 42.

So off I went for 3 treatments of vaginal lazer tightening at £800. Was also told I had weak pelvic floor.
With this then started excessive wetness. Changed and tried various contraceptives over past 3 years with no change. Christmas 2023 referred to gynaecology. They couldn't help me with anything and instead noted I have a rectocele and to see a physio. Brought a kegel 8 ultra machine and fully followed programe for tightening.
At £50 every other week I've been seeing the physio up u til last week.
She noted and worked on my over tight pelvic floor. Not weak as led to believe prior. We tried oil based lubricants. Vagifem pesserays the lot. Yet still I'm so wet I can't feel a thing fro. The moment we hit the bedroom. I've tried antisthamines. Sudafed. No contraceptives over time. Tightening creams. Varied positions. Sea spomge. Still too wet to feel a thing. My partner is large and he too finds it too slippy and no friction.
All advice is on dryness everywhere I turn.
Please does anyone else have experience of this. I'm starting to avoid sex but shouldn't be at 42.

Bless you, this must be a worry. If you can afford it, I'd see a different gynae specialist privately. You'll need to spend some time researching one who perhaps specialises in this sort of thing, but would be better than a randomly assigned NHS gynae I expect. I generally find physios not that great, lots of print outs and instruction sheets, little practical help in the sessions. Wishing you well.

Yes gyno physio was a waste. Spent months attending lay on a bed being physically stretched and massaged inside to release a tight pelvic floor. For very little change to it. Eventually I had to ask what we were achieving. Which wasn't much. So at almost £1000 out of pocket for nothing I'm a little reluctant to do anything private again. Perhaps I should be grateful as most ladies seem to have the issue of dryness.
Just a shame ALL research is focused on dry and non on wet.

I have the same kind of thing. After 2 kids I become looser but I have always been on the shall we say less tight side anyway. I can also then get quit wet and with a lot of the smaller guys just couldn’t feel anything.

Ive had many large guys one almost as girthy as a pint glass and they are only ones I could really feel but even then if sex was regular I would sometimes start to feel them less.

my current BF is average size and as embarrassing as it was we spoke about the issue of my looseness and we actually now use a penis sleeve every now and then which really works for us. Not only does it add length to him it adds a lot of girth so when he uses it it’s like it’s a whole new feeling. He suggested always using it but I said it wouldn’t then feel so nice if he did so it’s a little treat once a week.

Have you ever tried one ?

Thank goodness its not only me. Thankbyou for replying too.
No not tried one of those. It's worth a thought though. Thanks.
But also I'd like to have a solution and fix the issue rather than working around it.
But I don't think I ever will.

Well if you don’t think you ever will then this can help in the mean time. This is a good one.

And if we’re really going for the girth we actually use another one over the top of the sleeve like this one …..

But if your hubby is large like you say might not work depends on what you class as large lol.

Thank you 😊

So the talk of the penis sleeve went down like a lead balloon. I probably should have said he's spanish and hung like a horse. So he was not impressed at all.
I made myself just feel huge. Doh.
So instead I got looking again at virginal tightening. Obvs not wanting to spend on an operation. But alternatives to lazer. Which I had 3x and was a waste of money. Virginal filler? Lazer experiences. Nobody seems to have this sort of topic on here

It's vaginal not virginal. Someone had to be the one to tell you.

Annieall · 02/10/2024 08:08

Thank you so much for being the one to tell me.
