Postpartum hair

I am 9 weeks postpartum to a baby girl I just hate my hair at the moment it just feels horrible shorter it just looks awful is this common after a baby and is their anything that can help it and is their a time frame of when it should be back to normal

It is common, as falling out too
Mine went super dry and horrible while pregnant with my girl, should get back to normal soonish
