Sore

I have very sore and tender boobs for more than a week before my period is due. I don't normally get this - maybe a few times a year. Does anyone know what this means and does anyone have any tips to make them less painful? I already take evening primrose. Not pregnant. I find the variations in my periods month to month mind boggling - some months it passes without event and others it seems to take over the entire month, involve a lot of pain, digestive issues, mood issues etc. does anyone else experience this and how why it is?

Are you in a good quality EPO, or a cheap one, and how old are you ?

@DustyLee123 yes, I think so - brand is Fushi? Approaching late 30s. But the soreness has happened on and off for years

My boobs have gotten more sore closer to my period for a year or two now. Pms worse. I'm 41. I've started taking lions mane, ashwagandha(?) and 5htp and magnesium before bed. Two months in my mood better but boobs still sore so also interested!

I was on a cheaper one, but then swapped to Efamol from Boots and noticed a difference.
