Hi everyone, just looking to see if anyone has any ideas of what this could be. I have an appointment for a few weeks time for gynaecology but just wondering if anyone has been through anything similar. So 6 years ago I had surgery tor remove 2 large dermoid cysts. Surgery was a success and I went onto have another baby. From I've had that surgery I've had pain on and of on my left hand side ranging from the incision scar to my bellybutton. A few years ago I went back to doctors who arranged for ultrasound and ca125. This level came back at 125 so I was referred on 2 week pathway to gynaecology oncology. I had an ultrasound and mri which came back clear no cysts and no reason for the high levels. I had ca125 retested and it came back normal so I was discharged. Now again over the last few years again pain in left side. I had another pelvic and abdomen ultrasound carried out a couple of weeks ago and another ca125 which came back raised at 1st 59 then down to 54 on retest. These tests were not carried out during my period. The ultrasound was clear bar a simple small cyst on my ovary that the radiographer said is completely normal. Any ideas of what could be causing the pain? My health anxiety is threw the roof with it. Had other blood tests carried out and all normal. I have a bit of IBS that is a bit out of control at the minute due to my anxiety. Doctor does not seem worried as scan was clear. I had a hydroscopy in Dec for a possible pyolp in womb but when I got into get it removed it had gone by itself. My gynacologist did an internal scan around this time and ovaries where good then aswell. I'm 43 and have 4 kids. Sorry for the long winded post
