Rash under arm / breast

Noticed this little rash under my arm / breast - does this look like anything to be worried about? Healthy anxiety sufferer!

It looks like something has rubbed against it, friction, maybe heat rash

Is it sore or itchy, and do you feel otherwise well?

Shingles. Go to the doctor. I was on amitryptaline when I had it it was so bloody painful.

You would go to the doctors for shingles absolutely ^^
