Hey everyone
My period is due in a week. It’s also mine and DH’s wedding anniversary trip next week! I don’t want to be on my period for it. I forgot to check my period app…oops!
I have some of the period delay pill leftover from a previous trip and I think it says to take 3 days before period due date
Trouble is I sometimes have spotting in the run up to my period. So I don’t know if it’s best to start taking it a bit earlier?
