Cerelle - mental health side effects

Has anyone taking cerelle struggled with mood swings and depressive thoughts?

I have been on it for two months roughly and I feel mentally awful...some days I just cannot take enjoyment from anything and can cry at the drop of a hat!

I was put on it to help with some awful physical symptoms we thought were connected to ovulation but it seems the choice is either feel well physically or feel well mentally!

I was on Cerelle for several years. I didn't find it gave me moods at all, in fact the reason I went on it was to flatten my moods and reduce my pms. Also the stopped periods were a major bonus! But I have found it gives me very painful nipples, causes my hair to thin, worsens my neck pain and affects my sleep. So I stopped taking it (only yesterday).

I think the first few months can be a bit up and down with moods but you will find it flattens out eventually.

If its anything like cerazette, made my anxiety worse ..so look for alternative...
