Idk what’s happening to me

im 17 n every once in a while i get these blood clot like black or brown things coming out of me and the doctors n gp seemed not concerned but i am endometriosis run in the women in my family and idk if its that or something else plz someone help . Ps if this helps I’m not on any birth control bc every type of birth control makes me sick and messes up my cycle (added image) TW!

Are you having regular periods??? Cos that looks like normal period blood to me. Maybe keep a note of when you have these so you get a clearer picture of the timing??
