No period after stopping pill HELP XX

I was on the combined pill for 4 years . After having problems near the end I was switched to the mini pill after 6 months of no period I started bleeding and this continues for 25 days and I decided to come off all pills as I could not stop the bleeding . It’s now been 3 months since stopping the pill and I’ve not had any bleeding but I have had very bad cramps on some days , I’m not pregnant either . Is this something I should be worrying about before starting the pill I had normal regular periods just slightly heavy . Any advice would be helpful! X

The cramping sounds like you are having a cycle, so I’d give it a few more months.

Yes I did think this . But was unsure as I have not had any period flow .

Eat according to your menstrual cycle phase google the 4 phases and what you should be eating

If you're worried speak to your doctor but it just sounds like your body's taking time to adjust.

Give it a few more months.

It took just over a year for my periods to come back after being on the pill for 15 years. Try not to worry and give it a bit more time. They don’t tell you that when you start them!
