Help with rage! Is the peri menopause

Im 42 and my rage has gone through the roof. I don't know if it's the 6 weeks holiday and thats why I have little patience but omg I cannot stand another day. I love them to death but I just cannot put up with the tantrums. Im feeling so fatigued which isn't helping. Could this be a sign I am peri menopausal or could it be just being off with 2 small kids during the 6 weeks 🙈

Half and half? My patience is wearing thin and I am definitely peri. I remember my mum being a ball of rage at everyone and everything when she went through it so I'm trying to avoid that!

My mum was exactly the same and that's what I have in my mind when I am about to explode. I think this is the downside to having kids later in life is dealing while going through this

I think it's six weeks of kids. It would try the patience of a saint!
