DD13 has been complaining of the area around the vulva being quite itchy; she also has a clear discharge; it has been going on for a few days; but she said it gone worse the last few days.

We are in Japan at the moment so tricky to speak to a dr. She told me before we left Australia so I managed to buy something for yeast infection. She put put it own yesterday and she said she slept and felt a bit better today.

Any idea what it could be? How can we treat it? I don’t like to automedicate. Previous to that she complained of itchiness, pain and soreness around her anus so I bought her a cream for hemorroides, as she said she was constipated it; she put it 2 or 3 times and it improved so she stopped it.

This started after we did a campervan trip and she was sitting for long periods of time; perhaps not eating that well.

Try and oral thrush treatment. Fluconazole. It will treat thrush throughout the body.

Sounds like thrush, probably got sweaty down from sitting, you can probably buy treatment from pharmacy, find what the word is in japan.. also u can get urine dipsticks to rule out infection

Maybe she needs worming tablets?

Possibly periods on the way
