Dull abdominal ache for weeks

So long story, I have a dull ache around my abdomen for weeks, bloods all clear, have a ct scan soon, had a rectal examination with little camera and all clear, waiting on a full colonoscopy, but more just to ease my mind,
no vomiting, slight bit of diarrhoea in the morning but not a lot, the dull pain is more on upper right side, but the pain is so strange as almost moves around my body, can be on the right left, upper and lower, but never all over at the same time, but the most of the ache under right rib, I had raised calprotection of 368 and in a week went down to 219 haven’t had another stool test since 3 weeks ago, so I’m assuming it would of gone down. It’s the most vauge ache, they gonna scan my gallbladder, but just at a loss at what it is, not stopping me in my tracks, but just annoying and discomfort,, I have a bit of anxiety so I’m aware that doesn’t help, as I lost my appetite but I think it was related to the anxiety! I have no other symptoms just the dull ache, and my belly making random noises! Eating doesn’t seem to make a difference either,

Hi OP,

Firstly, I'm sure it's FINE and it sounds like the docs are being very thorough so this isn't to worry you at all.

when they did bloods, did they look at CT125? This is the ovarian cancer blood test and I only replied because my late mum had slightly different symptoms - constipation and constant abdominal pain - for years. loads of tests done and for some inexplicable reason they didn't do this one until it was too late.

Just cover all the bases but I'm wishing you well and try not to worry! Xx
