TMI PIC- what is this spot?

Noticed this on the outside of my labia on the lip. its the only one there and never had this before as far as im awake. hoping its just an infected ingrown hair but i am obviously concerned of hsv too. its the clearest pic i could get, it looks like its white

That doesn’t look like a wart to me. More like a ingrown hair that’s healing. Anyway you’ll soon find out because if it goes away it’s not a wart.

taking a closer look i think i can see a black dot in the centre so you may be right
