TMI - Pics - Thick Dark almost black Vaginal bleeding

Hello.

Sorry for the graphic picture. I have a doctors appointment Wednesday but was seeking some advice if anyone else has experienced this.

Every other day, for the last several months, I have been getting thick tar like discharge. Some minor cramps but nothing major. I struggle to keep food down 7/10 times... I am sleeping so much. I'll go to bed at 8 and sleep until 2pm next day... sometimes even 5pm. I've lost weight. I have an ulcer in my mouth that won't heal, and get regular headaches.

I have had numbness in my left toes and left heel of foot for past few months too.

History -
Had healthy pregnancy at age 21. My daughter is now 7. I'm 28yrs old.

Over last two years I've had 2 miscarriages (one requiring a blood transfusion due significant blood loss). Both required surgery. And a full molar pregnancy (again surgery) and HCG monitoring following. Eventually HcG levels returned to normal and I was discharged from charring cross hospital.

I am on the mini Pill.

I am not pregnant.

I'm quite scared to be honest and wondered if anyone else has experienced these symptoms.

There is no odour. I have had 2 episodes of vaginosis over last year but both cleared up quickly with antibiotics and none for few months.

The discharge looks like thick period blood. You shouldn’t be bleeding every other day though. You need to talk to the doctor. It could be fibroids or hormone changes or something else.
