Hi all, I'm 43 and have always had quite fibrous/lumpy breasts. I'm cycle day 17 if that makes a difference....

Yesterday when examining I felt what feels like a very small hard pea about an inch down and across from my armpit. I felt my other breast and felt the same there. I feel so stupid for asking here but is that normal, could they be muscle or tendons?? Like, what is the likelihood of having two cancerous lumps in the same place, at the same time in both breasts?? I've attached a picture to show where they are.

I feel sick thinking about it. And because I've struggled with my mental health I'm always worried about being dismissed.

Just to add... I can bizarrely only feel them when I'm sitting down and braless.

Thanks @rosepetalbee. I've managed to get a GP appointment for this afternoon. I feel so silly because I haven't even been seen and yet I can't stop crying!

Thank you @rosepetalbee. I struggle with anxiety so it's really difficult to stop overthinking. The 2 week wait begins x
