So I’m 12 weeks pp tomorrow, bleed for 5 weeks had a week break then had my first period not overly heavy but did last 12 days. Had my check up at 8 weeks and got the injection, was told I could not bleed at all, bleed all the time or it all be normal. About a week before my 2nd period was due I started spotting very light, put it down to the effect of the injection or a build up to my period. Period then arrived on time again not heavy but still spotting with it on day 9.
could this be a side effect of injection and I’m one of the unfortunate ones to bleed constantly or did any one else periods last a lot longer post birth
